Our mat classes are a powerful conditioning
program for the entire body.
class basics
All classes, including mat classes, require signing up ahead of time to ensure a space. This can be done by calling ahead and putting your name on the list. You can schedule classes and appointments by calling or
visiting the studio. To get the most out of your session, please be on time. If you are late, you will be given the remainder of your session. All sessions are 50 minutes in length.
what to bring
A Pilates mat class consists of stretching and movement. Dress comfortably, and be sure to drink plenty of water after class to avoid dehydration. Bottled water is available for purchase at the studio.
cancellation policy
If you are unable to show up for a scheduled training session, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the appointment. To avoid confusion, when you are a part of a group session and someone cancels (24 hours in advance), we will try to find a replacement or you will be contacted and given the option to change the appointment or pay an increased fee.
